Competitive Wages, Great Runs
Our CVOs earn between $75,000 - $95,000 per year. In 2021/22 that worked out to an average of $0.63 per mile gross pay. We have great runs to the Midwest, Southeast and Central US.

Excellent Safety and Maintenance
We take pride in our safety record and our excellent scores mean you spend less time at the scales and more time on the road. Our maintenance program keeps the trucks rolling down the road and not stuck on the side of the road. We go above and beyond in our routine maintenance replacing components before they get a chance to fail.
Great Trucks with Sirius
Our trucks look great inside and out with CVO comfort and safety a primary consideration. All trucks are equipped with disc brakes, invertors, bunk heaters, fridges and a Sirius radio with subscription in every truck. Scale & Toll bypass from Prepass and Drivewyze. No Slip Seating.
Benefit Package
Our CVOs start working from day 1, so does our benefit package. All drivers and their families are covered by our benefits from the first day they work at Frontier. Frontier pays 100% of the premiums. Benefits include, drugs, dental, paramedical (Chiropractor, Naturopath, etc.) and more.
Quarterly Performance Bonus
At Frontier we reward our CVOs for safety and for their performance so that when they drive efficiently they share in the savings. Our CVOs can earn up to an extra $2300/year in bonuses.
Company Paid Smart Phone
Frontier CVOs are given a company paid smart phone when they start (currently an iPhone 8+).
